All of our Sweet Gift Boxes are presented in a red bow gift box and will hold up to 20 of our standard 100g bags. In the rare case that you order too many sweets to fit in the box, we will send the extra overflow of sweets in a standard postal box. Don't forget your gift message at checkout. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Placing your order - Simply browse through our shop and place any items you wish to purchase in your basket. Items can be edited until orders are confirmed. After selecting all your items, select checkout. Follow the instructions to complete the ordering process. After confirmation no revisions can be made.
Weights - All weights are net weights and are approximate to within +/-10%
Payments - Payment are made through Stripe or PayPal. When you submit your order to us, your financial (credit card) details are transmitted securely to our payment processor. Sweet Deliveries Ltd. do not store any of your financial (credit card) details.
Order Processing - Once you have successfully placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email to say we have received your order. You will then receive a second email once your order has been prepared and dispatched.
Very occasionally, we may be out of stock of an item. It's rare, but if it does happen, rather than hold up your order we will replace the item with something equally tasty - so you/the recipient won't ever be disappointed!
Delivery & Postage - We aim to have your items dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed and we use Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) which takes 3 to 5 working days. We are currently unable to offer shipping outside the UK. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns, Cancellation & Refunds - REFUNDS AND RETURNS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF SWEET DELIVERIES LTD.
If you are unhappy with an item you receive or if you change your mind please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the order being dispatched. In your email please include the details of your order and your contact information and reason for your complaint. The Sweet Deliveries team will look into your complaint and take appropriate action as needed.
We pick and dispatch our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or if your order is incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate. In the case of damaged items we will require photographic evidence of damage before we can progress with a refund or exchange. Please notify us before returning an item by email at email@example.com. Please obtain proof of posting to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us
Due to the nature of the product there may be slight variations to the product (such as colour). Unless these variations effect the quality of the product, no refund will be given but an exchange may be offered at the discretion of Sweet Deliveries ltd.
Any refunds issued can only be refunded back to original method of payment. You will be informed once the refund has been issued and it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account.
